Great place to eat!!! Very reasonable prices!! Wife and daughter really like the Doubles sandwich, get it spicy, it’s not that hot but lots of flavor. I had the chicken vegetable lasagna!! It was incredible. Chicken, cabbage, carrots, spinach, all placed between lasagna noodles, sauce, and plenty of cheese!! Finished with the local Johnny Cakes for dessert.

What can I say? If you're looking for homecooked flavorful food with tons of variety and ample portions, choose Singhs Fast Food. As a visitor to St Croix, a food tasting tour with " A Taste of Twin Cities Food Tour with VI Tours" (Viator) brought us to this gem. We sampled a dish called a "double" - just enough for a quick morning meal. It's similar to a roti but not. Satisfying but not a meal to weigh you down. I must say i visited Singhs one more time for a dinner platter and was not disappointed! Friendly service on top of curry shrimp, seasoned rice, fish, cabbage, and a few other random items I threw in because everything looked scrumptious. Just give them a try when you're on St Croix- you won't be disappointed.

Singhs was the first stop on our food tour (Taste of Twin City with Virgin Island Food Tours), and we decided to come back the next day to get some food before heading to the airport. It's a great stop for food to go and very reasonably priced! We had doubles (highly recommended!), plantains, stewed goat, and some sort of fish with peppers. It was a bit loud while we were ordering because another food tour happened to be there when we came in, so unfortunately, we didn't get a good sense of what exactly we were ordering (hence my vague descriptions of what we got), but I suspect we would have enjoyed almost anything we had picked out from all the fresh, hot options they had ready to go. I forgot to take a picture until we had already eaten half of the food, so hopefully the picture doesn't do it too much injustice.

Great for a quick bite. Only their big selection of proteins (from vegan tofu to fish and shrimp to goat and beef and chicken) will slow you down. The rotis were huge and filling. We opted for goat (which was a bit tricky to eat because of the bones) and shrimp rotis. Also got a plate of goat stew with seasoned rice and yucca and greens and plantain. The serving sizes were insanely huge. Could have gotten half the food for four of us. We opted to take it to a nearby beach to eat.

Go here and go here FIRST! Honestly I was so sad that we waited until the last day before we went to Singh’s! If I had known how good the food was I’d be there every day of my trip without question. The woman who took our order was so kind and warm and I was really appreciate of her help. The food was so juicy, tender, and omg the sweet plantain!!! The joy this food brought to my heart was real. I’d been craving Caribbean food during my whole trip and everywhere we went it was just all American lol So the next time I visit, believe me we will be best friends with everyone that works at Singh’s.

This wasn’t just lunch—it was an incredible culinary experience. While exploring the boardwalk and searching for a local spot to eat, a friendly local recommended Singh’s. Just a few blocks up King Street, we decided to take their advice—and we’re so glad we did! We ordered two lunches: shrimp with spinach and mac & cheese, and conch with plantains and rice & beans. Every dish was fresh, hot, and generously portioned. The flavors were exactly what we craved on our Caribbean adventure. If you’re looking for an authentic Caribbean food experience and aren’t concerned about ambiance, I highly recommend Singh’s. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. We’re already planning to return before our trip ends!
